WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?
Most of our products take 2-4 Business days to arrive once shipped.
Shoes can take about 10-14 days to arrive once ships.
If you need it sooner, please contact us and we can try to help arrange faster delivery.
WHERE CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number to the email you used when checking out. If you don’t have this email a few days after your order, then please check your spam folder.
WHAT IS YOUR RETURN / EXCHANGE POLICY?

YES! We offer refunds if you meet the following:
Refunds must be requested within 365 days of your purchase date.
Item must be in the same condition as you received it.
Email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with information on your order (email, order number, and information of why you are requesting a refund)
Once we process your refund, it will take 2-3 days to process through to your bank.
